the fair activities.
______ Plan the layout of displays.
______ Send a copy of the judging guidelines and form to judges
One Week Before the Fair
______ Assign judges to specific exhibits.
______ Prepare a folder for each judge, including name tag, judging
forms, and list of exhibits to be evaluated.
______ Prepare a sign in sheet, including an assigned exhibit
number, exhibitor’s name, grade level, project category, and project
title.
On Fair Day
______ Sign in students as they enter, tag exhibit with exhibit
number.
______ Collect completed judging forms.
______ Prepare awards for presentation.
______ Present awards.
One Week After Fair
______ Write thank you letter to judges, fair committee, and others
who contributed to fair.
______ Publicize results of fair - send info to newspapers if press
